2 Ingredient Banana Pancakes
Gluten-free, flour-less banana pancakes that are surely to be a hit.

- 1 banana
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon pumpkin spice is also a great option
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp butter for cooking
Mash the banana in a bowl with fork
Add the rest of the ingredients (except butter), and stir well to combine
In a hot pan over medium high heat, add butter
Pour batter evenly into 4 pancakes
Let cook for about 4 minutes or until the edges are golden, then flip
Finish cooking for 2 more minutes
Serve immediately
