Cheesy Potato Casserole
This comforting dish is perfect to serve to a crowd. It's simple to make, cheesy, and delicious.

- 1 pkg Ore Ida Potatoes O'Brien, thawed 1 lb
- 1 can cream of chicken soup I use organic
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tsp paprika sprinkled on top
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Grease a 9x13 casserole dish
Mix together soup mix, sour cream, salt and pepper
Stir in cheese
Once combined, mix in thawed potatoes
Place in casserole dish
Sprinkle with paprika
Bake uncovered for 50-60 minutes or until golden and bubbly
